Department of Rehabilitation Medicine

The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine has a professional team of physicians and
therapists who provide a wide range of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy,
occupational therapy, and speech-language therapy. The department features spacious and
well-lit treatment areas equipped with a variety of modern therapeutic devices, as well as
professional treatment and diagnostic services. The department is committed to helping
patients restore functional abilities and improve their quality of life.

Scope of Services

• Physical and occupational therapy for musculoskeletal disorders.
• Physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy for neurological disorders.
• Rehabilitation services provided in coordination with the hospital’s Post-AcuteCare (PAC) program.
• Assistive device training, including the fabrication of splints and other orthotic devices.
• Functional training for children with developmental delays or developmental abnormalities.
• Disability evaluations and other related assessment services based on each patient’s medical condition.
• Nerve conduction studies and electromyography (EMG).
• Soft-tissue ultrasound examinations.
