【Up to NT$7,680 Subsidy per Pregnant Woman!】 Attention to all expectant mothers! To protect the health of you and your baby, the Hualien County Government has launched the RSV Vaccination Subsidy Program. Hualien Armed Forces General Hospital is one of the contracted hospitals. We welcome all eligible mothers to schedule an appointment for vaccination!

I. Eligibility
·         Pregnant women at 28–36 weeks of gestation.

·         The pregnant woman or her spouse must be registered as a household resident in Hualien County, OR their current workplace must be located in Hualien County this year.

II. Required Documents
1.       Health Insurance Card (NHI Card) and Maternal Health Handbook.

2.       Proof of Residency or Employment (Choose one):

o    A photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s ID card.

o    A photocopy of the current year’s employment certificate (must specify “Hualien County” and the year “2026/115”). (※ If applying based on the spouse’s eligibility, additional supporting documents from the spouse are required. Please refer to the official poster for details.)

(Note: Our hospital only provides the “RSV Vaccine for Pregnant Women.” For the Long-Acting Monoclonal Antibody for infants, please contact other contracted medical institutions.)
